Powys Annual Tattoo Convention.

Being a fan of tattoos, my friend Catrin invited me along to a tattoo convention that she was attending to get her sleeve finished. I went on the basis to photograph the event to give them some publicity, and as a subject that could work effectively in my portfolio as some documentary style photographs.

The event was well organised, and there was a great turnout over the two days. I even got my first tattoo!!

Big thank you to Rob Williams of El Diablo Tattoo Studios, Machynlleth for getting me in as a photographer an for letting me buzz about your station getting photographs.

There was also live bands playing (The Callout), open mic and even face painting which added to the atmosphere of the event!

Well done to X Angelus Studios for holding the event and Bex with her amazing organisational skills and for raising around £3500 for the Air Ambulance & the April Fund.
